Creating Awareness


With up to 70% of employee education taking place on the job, the training and development industry will need to transform the way in which employees learn and relearn in order to keep pace with changing patterns of work.

And addressing this need of the hour, TRRAIN Foundation in partnership with R City Mall, Ghatkopar, organized a workshop for the retailers on the importance of “Education and Training”. The workshop saw the participation of more than 30 members that comprised of a vibrant mix of Retail associates & Store managers. 

The session stressed upon the changing scenario in the retail industry and how important has customer experience become to drive sales. It also emphasized on the fact that a timely and continuous updation of skills and knowledge was imperative, not only for the store managers and top management but for the retail associate who are the face of any retail brand. Such training will not only help an associate grow professionally but also personally. 

Some of the retailers who participated were 109 F, Croma, Manyavar,Gangar Eyenation, Shoppers Stop, Mochi, etc.
