Health is Wealth

Investing in your employee’s health can ensure a stronger, healthier bottom line. Healthy employees mean a healthier, happier, more productive workplace and taking this essence forward TRRAIN organized a free health camp for the retail employees in partnership with Seven Hills Hospital.

R City,Ghatkopar was the first stop in this journey. The camp saw more than 200 people participate, from retail associates across various retail formats of the mall to housekeeping and mall staff. A dedicated team of doctor, nurses and medical executives not only checked their Body Mass Index, Blood Pressure and Random Blood Sugar for diabetes but also gave them free consultation. There was a separate unit where a doctor could recommend a person to get his heart checked through ECG, in case the former thought it necessary.

These free health check-up was just a step forward towards building a healthy employee environment and forging new retail relationships. Seven Hills also distributed Eeasy Card for free to all the participants. These cards, which normally comes for a fees allows the members priority admittance, discounts on diagnostics and investigations, wellness packages and medication, downloadable reports of medicine and health interactions with experts at Seven Hills Hospital.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Savio Cardoz, Senior Operations Manager, R-City Ghatkopar said, “We highly appreciate the association with TRRAIN, not only for the health Camp, but also for the educational program that was conducted for R-City. It is a very good initiative, one that would certainly reap benefits for the tenants and R-city in the future. We would certainly be looking forward to more such trainings and health camps in future. Would also like to congratulate and wish TRRAIN, the very best for the future."
